You can buy Radline models, spare parts and upgrades from
authorized Radline dealers. You can see a list here.
Does Radline RC sell direct to the
public?
Radline RC does not.
What is scale speed?
Scale speed measures how fast your RC car goes in relation
to a full sized 1:1 vehicle. In order to calculate the scale
speed, multiply your actual speed by the scale of your model.
If your 1:24 scale Radline runs at 10 MPH, the scale speed
is 240 MPH.
What should I do if I think my Radline
RC is defective?
Check out our troubleshooting page and forum. If you still
can't fix the problem and you are in the UK call 01625 610031
for help. If you are in the US call Radline RC toll free
at 1-866-486-4629 of for any other country call 1-949-858-4809.
UK Phone support is available Monday through Friday from
10:00AM to 6:00PM. Do not return your vehicle to the store.
If I'm instructed to send in my car
for service, what do I need to do?
Send us the controller and car securely packed with bubble
wrap in a box prepaid. We prefer that you send it with a
tracking number via an insured courier. We cannot be responsible
for lost packages.
Fill out and print the service form. Include a detailed description of the problem and a list of any adjustments, additions or modifications you made and a copy of your receipt. PLEASE MAKE SURE you include your name, phone number, email and return mailing address. Allow 7 to 12 business days for us to service your vehicle. If the issue is not covered under the warranty, we will contact you to quote you a repair price. You will have to pay all return shipping costs, plus any additional parts.

If my Radline RC is defective, do
I get a brand new car?
That depends on the problem. If it's an electronic or radio
issue, generally, we will replace your Radline RC vehicle
and/or transmitter with a new or refurbished one of similar
kind and quality. For all other circumstances, we will repair
and replace any broken parts and send your original car
back to you.
What happens if I don't have the
receipt?
Without a valid copy of the receipt, your car will not be
covered under the 30 day warranty.
I broke parts that are not covered
under my warranty. What should I do?
Radline replacement parts are available to purchase from
online retailers. See the dealer list to find your nearest
stockist.
Do you test your products for lead
or other potentially dangerous materials?
Radline RC products meet or exceed the safety standards
for heavy metals (lead in particular) on surface paint as
established by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and
outlined in ASTM F963 (American Society for Testing and
Materials).

From 30 days of purchase, Radline RC warrants to the original
consumer purchaser of this product against defects in material
and workmanship. Please consult your manual for more details.

Troubleshooting
My car doesn't work
at all...
The throttle works,
but I can't steer...
My car runs slow...
My car is noisy...
I hear the engine spinning,
but my car's wheels do not move...
After I crash, the ball
cup links keep unsnapping...
My car won't track straight
even after adjusting the steering trim...
My car steers, but throttles
uncontrollably, even when the trigger position is neutral...
1. Check to see if transmitter and car are on.
2. Make sure frequency LED colors on both the car and transmitter
match.
3. If any other remote control products are on, turn them
off.
4. Adjust throttle trim.
5. Check antennas on car and transmitter.
6. Try inside/outside.
7. Replace batteries. Repeat.
8. If problem persists, contact us.
The throttle works, but I can't
steer...
1. Check steering trim - adjust ST DR. to maximum.
2. If the servo feels jammed, try centering it by hand.
3. Check to see if four prong servo plug is unplugged. Plug
it in.
4. Check and see if steering links are connected.
5. If any other remote control products are on, turn them
off.
6. Replace batteries.
1. Change batteries (Use 1000mAH NiMH for best performance).
2. Make sure the ca is geared properly.
3. Clean and oil bushings or ball bearings.
4. Check for stripped or dirty gears.
5. Check to see tires fit optimally in pin.
1. Check gear mesh between motor pinion and spur gear. Adjust
until optimal fit.
2. Check for stripped gears.

4. Check to see if tires are secured properly.
I hear the engine spinning, but
my car's wheels do not move...
1. The motor pinion and spur gear have come loose. Adjust
the motor screws, align pinion and spur gear.
2. Make sure pinion is not stripped or spins on motor shaft.
3. Check gear ratio.
4. Check CV joints and drive shafts.
After I crash, the ball cup links
keep unsnapping...
1. Take pliers and snap ball joint back together on stud.
2. If this continuously happens, the ball cups are dirty
or worn. Replace ball cups.
My car won't track straight even
after adjusting the steering trim...
1. Make sure the steering rod links aren't bent. If they
are, bend them back into place.
2. Pop off ball joints and remove steering rod link. Tighten
to increase out. Loosen to increase in tow. Make sure when
the servo and tires are centered, the tires point slightly
inward.
3. Check and see if servo is jammed or servo saver is broken.
4. Check out Performance Tips for proper setup.
